caseofnarcolepsy: and it already had a pet and everything

caseofnarcolepsy: and they used that on sign up (probalby not knowing it was taken) and they got yours.

caseofnarcolepsy: but the problem is.
caseofnarcolepsy: if that happened to you, then they would have set a new password when they first signed up. thus, when you change your password, you wouldn't know the one they set
caseofnarcolepsy: not allowing you to do so.
caseofnarcolepsy: so then i think, maybe it's something different
